Customizing the Graphics Profile

Before performing an inspection, the action and profile for the Graphics Inspection Mode must be set.

To create a profile from scratch:

  • Click Add. The Edit Profile window will display with pre-populated (default) values.
  • Enter the new profile name in the Profile Name text box.
  • Update the values as required.
  • Click Apply. The Profile window will display, featuring the new profile name.

To Customize the Graphics Profile
Click the arrow on the Profile drop-down menu to access the different options, each of which have their parameters configured a certain way to best accommodate specific scenarios:

  1. Select Profile  > Manage
  2. Click Profile Settings in the Main Toolbar
  3. Enter the custom parameters

Adding Profiles

To create a profile from scratch:

Repeat Detection

  1. Select Profile  > Manage
  2. Click Repeat Detection tab  in Edit Graphics Profile Window
  3. Enter the custom parameters


Pixel Shift and Kerning (contains Error)

  1. Select Profile  > Manage
  2. Click Text tab in Edit Graphics Profile Window
  3. Enter the custom parameters in Low or Hight contrast

Minimum Pixel Size

  1. Select Profile  > Manage
  2. Click Text tab or Artwork in Edit Graphics Profile Window
  3. Enter the custom parameters in Minimum detection size

Adjusting Sensitivity

  1. Select Profile  > Manage
  2. Click Text tab or Artwork tab in Edit Graphics Profile Window
  3. Enter the custom parameters in Sensitivity

CTRL + D Function

Use CTRL + D Function (developer mode) to identify wish parameter to Adjust

Difference Grouping

  1. Select Profile  > Manage
  2. Click General in Edit Graphics Profile Window
  3. Enter the custom parameters in Difference grouping in pixels
