Problem: A local GlobalVision Desktop account has been locked out due to a forgotten password.
Solution: You will need an account with administrator level access.
- Log into GlobalVision desktop with the administrator level account
- Click File Folder icon As of GlobalVision Desktop 5.3, instead of clicking the File Folder icon, click the Menu button found at the top right of the GlobalVision Desktop window:
- Select Administration, from the slide out menu select User Maintenance, you will be presented with the following window
NOTES: If there is no other account, or you lack an account with administrator access please contact your administrator or email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Email address
- Phone number
Once the email has been received, a member of GlobalVision's support team will arrange a time with you, to establish a remote session to regain access to the administrator account.
